All commissioned work are for personal use, unless commercial right agreed upon.
Work used for promotion or live streaming will fall under personal use.
Commercial usage includes profitable usage such as sellable prints, merchandise, etc.
All usage MUST list proper credit back to me where possible.
You may not alter/distribute/resell the artwork without consent.⋆｡ﾟPAYMENTS ﾟ｡⋆
Payment must be made upfront. Larger projects can be discussed for partial payment.
I will not start the commission until payment is completed.
If order is not paid within 14 days of issued date, the order will be subject to cancelation.
Please discuss all special request BEFORE payment is made. Additional charges may be added depending on complexity or special requests. (ex. deadline priority, request to not stream process, request to not have work posted to social media, etc.)⋆｡ﾟWORKFLOW & REVISIONS ﾟ｡⋆
Once payment is complete, I will start work and send WIP screenshots at various stages (sketch, lineart, color, ect)
Revisions are allowed within the sketch and line art phases.
Additional revisions made after will be discussed in the case additional fee is required.
If the commission is line art only then Revisions will only be allowed in sketch phase.
Feel free to reach out for progress check at any time.⋆｡ﾟDEADLINES & DELIVERY ﾟ｡⋆Delivery of completed work can range within a week to 1-2 months depending on complexity and placement on my work queue.
Expedited fees may be added depending on your deadline.
When work is finalized, I will send a google drive link to download the full quality files.⋆｡ﾟREFUNDS ﾟ｡⋆If you wish to cancel / refund please contact me first.Because of processing fees, I will only refund up to 75% - these will be determined case by case based on progress made on the commission.If I am the one to cancel the commission, I will reimburse lost fees and refund 100%.Please note that I have the right to refuse any commission or request for any reason.
You also have the right to cancel for any reason.Please understand that any canceled commissions will result in loss of work.
Meaning; you will not obtain any of the progress made on the commission.Any refused or canceled commissions will be refunded within 24 - 48 hours.⋆｡ﾟCOPYRIGHT ﾟ｡⋆I reserve all copyrights to my art.
I reserve the right to decline/cancel any request if I determine I cannot complete it for any reason.
I may use commissioned work to promote myself and may livestream the process unless discussed prior to order.
I do not allow any part of my artwork to be used in the creation of NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) or any other blockchain-based or cryptocurrency technology.I do not allow any part of my work to be processed or used in AI related technology or programs.If you are found breaking my TOS or using commissioned work without my explicit permission, all rights to the artwork will be rescinded._________________________________
NSFW commissions, if posted, will be featured on -Discord & Patreon / ONLYDonations and Tips however are non-refundable. Please double check the amount
and make sure you are comfortable with what you choose to donate with.
